LICENSE TERMS FOR DONE FOR YOU WISE INTERVIEWING PRACTICES SYSTEM

Effective Date: Date of Purchase

1. Introduction
These license terms govern the use of the Done-For-You Wise Interviewing Practices System (the "System"), owned by Evolving to Exceptional LLC, ("Licensor"). Upon purchasing and using the System, Customer, ("Licensee"), agrees to these terms.

2. Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the System within Licensee's company for internal purposes. This license is conditional upon Licensee's compliance with the terms outlined herein.

3. Permitted Use
Licensee may edit, modify, and re-brand the System's content for internal use. Any use of the System beyond the scope described in these terms is strictly prohibited.

4. Restrictions
Licensee shall not:

  • Sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise make the System available outside of Licensee's company.
  • Modify or create derivative works based upon the System for external distribution or commercial purposes.
  • Create Internet "links" to the System or "frame" or "mirror" any content on any server or wireless or Internet-based device outside of Licensee's company.

5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the System and any modifications made thereto remain with Licensor. No rights are granted to Licensee other than as expressly set forth herein.

6. Term
This license is effective upon Licensee's first use of the System and continues until terminated by Licensor at any time for any reason.

7. Disclaimer
The System is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the System.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

10. Acceptance
By purchasing and using the System, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this license. If Licensee does not agree to these terms, Licensee must not use the System.

LICENSE TERMS FOR DONE FOR YOU ONBOARDING PROGRAM

1. Introduction

These license terms govern the use of the Done-For-You Onboarding Program (the "Program"), developed and owned by Evolving to Exceptional LLC ("Licensor"). Upon purchasing and using the Program, the purchaser ("Licensee") agrees to these terms.

2. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program within Licensee’s organization for internal purposes only. This license is conditional upon Licensee’s compliance with the terms outlined in this agreement.

3. Permitted Use

Licensee may modify, personalize, and re-brand the content of the Program for use within their company or organization. This includes adapting materials to align with internal culture, brand, and onboarding processes—provided the use remains internal and non-commercial.

4. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

  • Sublicense, sell, resell, or distribute the Program outside their organization.
  • Use or adapt any part of the Program for commercial purposes or external clients.
  • Share or post content from the Program on public websites, forums, or platforms.
  • Create Internet “links” to the Program or “frame” or “mirror” any content outside of Licensee’s internal systems or platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Program and any adaptations remain with Licensor. Licensee receives no ownership rights and may not claim proprietary interest in any part of the Program, including adapted materials.

6. Term

This license is effective as of the date Licensee first accesses or uses the Program and remains in effect until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at any time if terms are violated.

7. Disclaimer

The Program is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Program, Licensee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these license terms. If Licensee does not agree, they must not use the Program.
