GROUP COACHING
Put the techniques you learn into practice during group coaching sessions. This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own leadership journey.
Each week we will share on a relevant topic. When we come together you will be prepared to have a discussion and get coaching on that particular topic. The key to growth is experience and learning from others. We can learn just as much from observing as doing (our brains light up in the same way) so these sessions can accelerate your growth even faster!

Hi, We're Jessica & Dana
We are two women who are passionate about supporting other women on their performance path to higher levels of leadership. We have teamed up to combine our very different development and growth capabilities into this program.
Jessica has spent more than a decade building peak performance programs. Her award-winning programs have successfully developed many high potentials into higher levels of leadership. Jessica is a lawyer, business leader of multiple operations functions, author of two books, business consultant, certified Gallup strengths coach, and certified mBIT coach.
Dana has extensive experience in personal development and as a life coach supporting women with one-on-one coaching. She brings an extensive set of coaching tools and certifications including life coach, hypnotist, NLP, sound practitioner, reiki master, and mBIT coach.
